Affordable web site maintenance will keep your site fresh and appealing.

Updating your web site with new information is very important in order to maintain visitor interest. The more often you add fresh content the more reasons you give your visitors to return to your site.　

New sales promotions, special events or on-line competitions, for example, will give your target audience a reason to keep coming back to your Website giving you another chance to sell to them. Regularly introducing new technology to your Website is also a good idea. This can provide a more enjoyable on-line experience for your customers and enable you to present your sales argument in a more efficient or enticing way.

Site Maintenance Package (Contract)

For a set price of $50.00 per month I will provide 4 hours of monthly website maintenance time. Time that is not used within that monthly period does not roll over to the next month. Additional hours (in excess of 4 hours) may be purchased at a rate of $35 per hour. This fee includes downloading of pages, maintenance of pages and then uploading of edited pages to your server. You may also choose to use this time having your site re-submitted to search engines or other duties. The time is yours....you dictate how it is to be used. Work on requested changes will begin within a 48 hour time period (time frame does not include weekends). 

* Please note that this does not include design of any additional pages. Package pricing is only for existing pages within your Website.

Site Maintenance Package (Per Hour Basis)

If you feel that a "locked in" rate of $50.00 each month is not the right answer for your needs I am happy to offer a "as needed" option for you.  This rate is for $35.00 an hour for updates, time billed.  There is a $35.00 minimum charge for any work under this selection.

On Call Basis
As an alternative we offer an "On Call Basis". If you are not interested in a contract program then we can maintain your site on a per hour fee of $55.00. This fee includes downloading of page/s required, maintenance of these pages and then uploading edited pages to your server, website submissions or any other maintenance of your site. The contracts mentioned above simply offer you a "reduced hourly rate" option in lieu of the "On Call Basis" program. Completion dates will be discussed at the time work is submitted to RL Cameron Web Design. I work on a first come first served basis.

Rush Work
RL Cameron Web Design will accept rush jobs if requested. Rush jobs will be billed at a rate of $85.00 per hour. Rush work must be approved by RL Cameron Web Design and a 50% deposit of the estimated amount will be required before any work begins. At the time the job is approved RL Cameron Web Design will supply an estimated completion time.

Code Repair
Our Fee for repairing html that has been changed by the client is $65.00 and billable in hourly increments. It is more difficult to read through html coding to find an error than it is to simply code the pages ourselves. We offer this "code repair" service to customers who wish to maintain their own pages on designs created by RL Cameron Web Design only.
